Refund and Returns Policy

At Antidote Beverage Labs LLC, doing business as MYTEA Premium Seltzer (“MYTEA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns, we are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged or incomplete orders in a fair and timely manner.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with cans that are punctured, leaking, or otherwise damaged in a way that affects usability, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will provide one of the following remedies:

  • If more than 3 cans are damaged: We will send a replacement for the damaged quantity.
  • If 3 cans or fewer are damaged: We will issue a store credit equal to the value of the affected cans.

Please note: We are unable to send individual replacement cans. In the event of minor damage, credit will be provided rather than partial shipments.


Dented Cans

Dents on cans do not affect product safety or quality. As such, dented cans do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or credits.


Missing Items

If your order is incomplete or missing specific items, please notify us promptly. We will work with you to either issue a replacement or a credit, depending on availability.


Missing Deliveries

If your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please allow 24 hours, as some packages may arrive shortly after being scanned. If the package does not arrive within that timeframe, contact us and we will assist with a replacement or full refund.


Undeliverable or Returned Orders

Orders returned due to an insufficient or incorrect shipping address are not eligible for refunds. However, they may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.

Wholesale returns and refund policies are outlined in our Supplemental Terms of Service – Wholesale Accounts, which can be found in our primary Terms of Service document.
